Highest food hygiene rating awarded to Temple Farm.

We are very proud to receive a five star award for food hygiene.

 

Common Buzzard at Temple Farm - October 2013

A pair of Buzzards have taken up residence on Temple Farm. These once rare birds are increasing in numbers across much of the country and we are particularly lucky to have these aerial masters ruling our skies. The turkeys and chickens do not seem to be worried by them, pesky crows are more of problem with young chicks or poults!!

 

I have attached this photograph which was taken from some distance, as a spot the buzzard exercise!

Farmer Sharp Butchery and Tasting Evening -October 2013

Label Anglais Special Reserve are featured by renowned Cumbrian and Borough Market butcher Andrew Sharp at his inauagural " Butchery and Tasting" course held at Vinopolis, Borough Market.

Andrew has been at the forefront of the "Mutton Renaissance" along with H.R.H. The Prince Of Wales. Herdwick mutton was butchered and served to eat alongside Label Anglais Special Reserve, and what amazing meat that was.

 

Temple Farm Turkeys perform for the cameras - October 2012

Top chef and TV presenter Mark Jankel and Crows Nest Films brought the cameras to Temple Farm. The stars were our Christmas Turkeys. I think that is only fair to mention that Mark, and Carney the producer were astounded by the vitality and well being shown by the free range white and bronze turkeys.They both cannot wait for Christmas and have made me promise that the first birds despatched in home delivery boxes will be to them!

Claude Bosi two star Michelin chef at "The Cube" - August 2012

The Royal Festival Hall hosted the fine dining equivalent of a pop-up restaurant "The Cube" on it's roof this summer. Celebrity chefs have been invited for one week slots to produce a seven course feast of signature dishes accompanied by a raft of wines for £215 per head!
