Temple Farm have been producing traditional, free-range, slow-grown turkeys as a family-run Essex poultry producer for over 50 years.
We rear traditionally breeds of bronze turkeys, to the TFTA’s Golden Turkey strict growing standards, free-ranging in small flocks on our Essex farm. They are reared on natural foods, are not fed any additives and are grown free-range until fully mature – around 2-3 times longer than commercial free-range turkeys!
We use the traditional production methods of dry-plucking and game hanging – essential to achieving a rich flavour and succulence when cooked. Temple Farm traditional Christmas turkey, comes with the TFTA’s Golden Turkey Quality Guarantee Award – so you can be assured it is the very best! Our free-range bronze and white turkeys are all supplied wrapped and boxed with the Golden Turkey mark, a pop-up cooking timer and booklet with tasty leftover turkey recipes.
