375g pack of ready rolled puff pastry
Plain flour, for dusting
30g butter
1 small onion, peeled and diced
300g leftover Golden turkey meat, cut into 1cm dice
200g sausage meat or leftover stuffing
8 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
75g cranberry sauce (drained of any liquid)
1/8th tsp ground nutmeg
Sea salt and black pepper
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
